Cultured Vegetables

How cool is this!? One of my favorite blog writers has put together a free e-book on cultured vegetables. To quote the blog:

Each recipe in Get Cultured focuses on nourishing probiotic, naturally fermented vegetables and all the recipes are dairy-free.
