The Role of Vitamin D and Sleep
I ran across this series of video back in February and I think about it so often that I thought it was important to share them. I am sure you understand now important sleep is and that it is the only time your body heals, be it cancer or a scraped knee. The doctor in this video is exploring the role of Vitamin D3 in sleep patterns. Take a few minutes and learn more...I think it is very important information. If you don't have time for all 5 parts, I think you can glean a lot from just the last part (part 5). I was glad to hear her say that cod liver oil is the only food source of Vitamin D! I prefer mine in cinnamon or chocolate flavors!
