I love sharing some of the blogs and articles I read throughout the week. Here are a couple of really good ones:
I thought this blog was especially insightful as to the benefits of lacto-fermented (cultured) veggies. You know, I hardly ever plan a vegetable side with my dinners because I know I can always grab a jar of cultured veggies, spoon out a 1/4 cup and I am getting many more benefits and nutrients than I would steaming a head of broccoli. It makes meal planning so much easier!
Here is another blog that I thought was worth sharing. I loved reading the history of canola oil which helps me understand how it got to be so popular - misguided though it is.
